Omg OMG! can someone tell me what should i do? I’m being offered an opportunity.. No capital needed, whether or not i get sales, i get money (of cos not as much as if i were to do the sales myself..) and it’s a confirmed job. tuition agency. call co-ordination. no quota to hit, no nothing ^_^ it reallie seems like a good chance for me to go in.
BUT! the issue is.. i’m currently working in tis co. and tis co is facing difficulties in securing the sales quota that is being set every month. There’s a total strength of 4 ppl here. 2 sales, 1 admin(me) n my boss. I’ve been working here for the past 1 yr plus, so more or less, i know the daily routines of the company. However, if i were to leave, my co will need to hire a new admin and start everything over again. and it’s not a gurantee that the new admin knows how to handle things. I’ve done training long enuff on new staff in other companies.. Until i know that it’s sometimes reallie hard to find someone committed. Everyone is just sitting there, wasting the time of each hour and waiting for payday. Seldom there are ppl who will reallie go all out to ‘help your boss’. Not to say there isn’t, but seldom. Guess this is Singapore’s culture.
Besides, all the co i train in, for, are small co, just like this that i’m in. Not many colleagues around to chat with, have to be independent and sometimes, ppl just cant survive without chit-chatting! It’s gonna be a challenge to find someone suitable..
so.. should i be the heartless person, leaving and letting my boss settle whatever there is, or should i forgo this chance and wait till the co’s more stable(which i dunno when) and stay on?…

bought a 24hrs 2x experience card.. so in the end, my body clock’s all messed up! haha~ even while typing this, my eyes are half closed.. zzz =P

I slacked a bit after playing for so long.. didn’t go to bed straight. Guess what? I logged into one of my accounts and saw a couple of ‘old frens’.. inverted commas are cos they aint my frens anymore.. or rather, more specifically, one of them. it’s so funny.. how maple can change one person. from a legit player, to a hacker, to a scammer, to a rude + all mentioned above person and now someone who has totally changed.
AND ITS TRUE. maple really can change someone if you have no discipline. you will neglect your work/studies/frens all cos you wan to play -_-"

So from now on, i officially(?) announce that i’m single once again! Stupid ‘ex’ was like so harsh and i reallie wonder why i still cherished the hope of patching sia! Ppl dun wan me for some selfish reason (though i knw part of me was dominant) not willing to work things out and stuff.. Know what? I reallie hate that person now.. Everything for own convenience and i still maintain this: GAME = MORE IMPT THAN ME T_T

Ok, study study study, learn learn learn right from the day you were born. After so long of studying (and still studying) you are out to work. At work, you meet all kinds of people, all kinds of help (and backstabbing) and you learn one harsh fact: kill or be killed.
I know my colleague’s reading this, so =X i cant say bad things on them! Haha~ These few weeks have been anguishing for the whole office.. target not met, stress from boss, stress from customers and even stress from me -_-"
Must apologise to my colleague here if i have been too pushy. We all want the best for the office and you so stubborn! Tell u no need do things, you still go do extra!! haiz~~
Sometimes, we do so much for a particular customer.. in e end, no gratitude and only finger pointing when the deal did not go thru.. ARG!! So frustrating!
